Pastor Ryan Wilson
Lead Pastor
With fourteen years of pastoral ministry experience, Ryan has been instrumental as the lead pastor and church planter of Greenbelt Community Church since 2020. Ryan is passionate about cultivating gospel-centered communities and equipping leaders for kingdom impact.
He and his with Britney line in Clive, IA where they are raising their four children (Elina, Jace, Nathan and Wesley). Ryan spends his free-time trout fishing, playing cards and diving into any good mystery novels he can find.

Madeline Baccam
Church Administrator
Madeline Baccam has attended Greenbelt since its founding, but began her administrative role at the church in August, 2025. With over three years of administrative experience, Madeline serves Greenbelt’s congregation in the areas of communication, organization, assisting the lead pastor, and supporting volunteers – all with the goal of pointing towards Christ and His kingdom.
Madeline and her husband Jeremy live in Des Moines, Iowa with their dog, Maple. Outside of work, Madeline enjoys Bible studies, baking, crocheting, and going on walks with her family.
